About
A quick intro about me and what I love to do
Where it started
I started in IT support — taking calls, fixing connectivity, and triaging tickets for healthcare and US enterprise clients. Those early years taught me how to communicate clearly under pressure and why a clean ITSM workflow matters more than any single tool.
Growing into cloud at Cognizant
At Cognizant, I grew into a Technical Lead role, owning Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot and Exchange Online for global customers. I automated repetitive admin work with PowerShell and Python, and rolled out Conditional Access, MFA, ATP and DLP policies that cut identity and email-borne risk.
Cloud operations at UST Global
Most recently, at UST Global I supported the design and operation of Azure-based cloud infrastructure as an IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer, providing L2/L3 support for identity and access issues. Alongside that, I completed an MSc in Cybersecurity at the University of Bradford and hold CCNA, Microsoft 365, Azure and MCSA certifications.
What's next
Today, I'm focused on the next step: identity threat protection, endpoint security and modern cloud operations. I've also explored building a SIEM lab project on Microsoft Sentinel to deepen my detection and monitoring skills.
